Who else loves the refreshing “pink drink” that has become so popular at Starbucks? If you haven’t tried it – it’s lower in caffeine but a great option if you’re needing something to quench your thirst on a hot day.
This drink is SUPER easy to make at home with just three ingredients & it’s just as yummy & refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 to 1 1/4 cups white cranberry strawberry juice
- Strawberries – fresh, frozen or freeze dried
- (optional) your favorite energy shot
Step 1: Fill cup with ice and add coconut milk.
If you’re using a grande Starbucks cup and want to skip the measurements, I usually fill the cup to just under half.
*SO DELICIOUS is my favorite brand for all things coconut. They make a coconut milk creamer that is a great dairy free substitute but still nice and creamy like traditional creamer or half and half.
Step 2: add strawberries
Step 3: finish with white cranberry strawberry juice
If you want to add some caffeine, I’ve found that berry energy shots work great or you can use a little less coconut milk and add in some green tea with your cranberry juice.
And just like that you’ve got a refreshing coconut milk pink drink. Super easy to make at home!
You can also try other varieties of fruit & juices like cranberry raspberry. Yum!
